Seems like only Monday when Trump was railing against an American exercising his 5th Amendment rights.

LOL. He never said we as against the 5th Amendment on Monday. He said it was a *disgrace* that Hilary's minions were using it when Hilary herself said no one did anything wrong.

Using the 5th amendment to protect a corrupt government official when you have obviously helped them commit a crime is a little different than pleading out for cheating on your wife.

We know Hillary had classified information on her private home brew email server, we know she had a team of IT professionals manage and then subsequently wipe the server when the data was summoned by the courts. That alone should have been enough to lock her up, but we also know that if you wanted time with Clinton as SoS you donate to the foundation, what types of emails would she deem "personal" in this pay to play scheme?

Firstly, Trump was a private citizen not government official and/or employee working for you. Secondly, Team Hillary is so ‘innocent,’ nearly the entirety were given immunity (possibly Hillary herself) and others pleaded the fifth in front of Congress. In a just world, Hillary would already be imprisoned for life.

The extreme hate and outright slanderous attacks on Trump are a sad reflection of left wing mob mentality.

As the clock ticks down to election day, the barbarians will only become more vicious.

    Hillary and Hussein...

Just world? Ok - in a just world, Trump would have paid every single contractor what they were owed. He would have been in jail for sexual assault. yadda yadda.

We live in this world. It's not perfect. Clearly.

The irony of your statement when Trump has done nothing but hurl insults for several years now.

Slanderous attacks? I don't think you understand the meaning of that word.

Yes, Trump would have paid all his contractors fairly, or paid them at all. Why would he be in prison? Has he been convicted? No. Unlike Hillary, whose crimes are actually provable and in the open. From wars, arming terrorists, destroying countries, violating numerous laws relating to classified information, perjury in Congressional testimony.

Only Trumpets call facts about the candidate slander. One can only hope they crawl back into their holes after we elect the first woman POTUS.

Hillary has not been charged or convicted of any crimes either. Your Hillary phobia ties in nicely with the Trumpet and GOP smear agendas.

I know. If her last name wasn’t Clinton she would already be imprisoned.

Not really. If she wasn't called Clinton all I hear is that her clearance would be revoked.

And when Trump wouldn't qualify in the first place that's a pretty meaningless criticism.

Hillary would be imprisoned. Trump wouldn’t qualify for what? Classified information? He already is receiving classified briefings.

Err why? Peons who do the same thing merely get their clearance stripped and get the sack.

Clearance. His refusal to release his tax returns means he's too much of a blackmail risk.

Recent example illustrating how that is false. Hillary had Top Secret/Special Access Program intelligence, the highest known classification. This guy had lowest classification. He is imprisoned, whereas that who is named Clinton, was protected with double-standard of injustice.

Judge sinks guilty sailor's 'Clinton defense'

    http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/19/politics/judge-sentence-sailor-clinton-defense/

A federal judge sentenced a Navy sailor to one year in prison Friday for taking photos in a classified area of a nuclear submarine, after he had pleaded for leniency by citing the government's decision not to indict Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information.

    [...]

In a court filing, Saucier's lawyer compared the half-dozen classified photos Saucier had in his possession to the 110 classified emails the FBI determined were on Clinton's personal server.

"Mr. Saucier possessed six (6) photographs classified as 'confidential/restricted,' far less than Clinton's 110 emails," Derrick Hogan wrote to the US District Court in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Advocating for probation, Hogan said it would be "unjust and unfair" for Saucier -- who had pleaded guilty -- to do prison time "for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid."

Your source for this [likely opinion]?

I don't think that either of you understand what is happening.

This is just like the IRS "scandal" that the Right believed would all the way to Obama himself. It was instead the product of some mid-level bureaucrat trying to cut a few corners. She pleaded the fifth, not because she was a part of a vast conspiracy, but because she was the scandal and was trying to protect her butt.

The people taking the fifth are practically being begged to point the finger at Hillary. If they just do that, then nothing will happen to them. Congress would easily forgive anything they did to use that testimony against Clinton. The fact that they are pleading the fifth indicates that the scandal stops at their doorstep.

The fifth is protection against self-incrimination. They are protecting themselves.

"The trail of dead bodies," is one of the most ludicrous, moon bat, paranoid conspiracies around today.

I have more respect for people who believe the moon landing was a fake.

Give me a break, you are telling me that a random IT worker bought the Clinton domain, setup an email server, and then told Clinton to use it for classified information, and then deleted it all when it was requested by the courts?

Do you know how delusional you would have to be to believe that? You will see all of these people getting top jobs in the White House if she wins. Mark my words.

    Nice straw man.

I explained why these people pleaded the fifth. I didn't try to explain how it went down. That is your fantasy.

    Shorter version:

Trump only likes one amendment. It's the very best amendment. The rest are losers. Unless, they protect him. Then they're the best amendments. Big beautiful amendments.

Hillary Clinton is bad. Really bad. Like so bad, she's bad. Trust me on this. Just bad. Horrendous.
