[doublepost=1531509543][/doublepost]I mean that has to be a bug like if I buy a cd and don’t wanna use Apple Music y’all can’t make me subscribe to Apple Music

Settings-music

I’m getting the same issue and tried turning off Apple Music with no success, I’m having to 3D Touch on the file then press play from there. Even music iv purchased from iTunes have the same issue, I’m having to delete them then redownload just so I can play them with no issue. Any find a work around please share

I’d say that’s a bug then. Report it to Apple with the feedback app and hopefully it will be fixed. I have a good amount of music from cd’s and such and my phone plays them fine without showing AM.

Yes 3D work and I guess it’s not for illegal music

I guess it’s not for illegal music

Depending on your library size, maybe you should get iTunes Match sub. It is only $25 for a year, and it would make all your music legal. Cancel it after.

I am not sure it will fix your issue though, this sounds like some other type of problem like a bug.

I have Apple Music , it’s the best but I couldn’t pay it this month

Instead of assuming Apple cracking illegal downloads, it is more like pushing you to sub Apple Music if your song is from their iTunes Store. Converting your song into another format which erases your purchase footprint/signature should solve your issue permanently.
I have a whole bunch of music that I am sure iTunes Store has the same one. But I do not see this screen when playing any of my songs. I guess that is because they are not from the iTunes Store.

Well damn...now when I try to play a playlist (all downloaded legal songs) by hitting the “shuffle” button, won’t do it...takes me to Apple Music screen every time.

I’ve had to music on permanent shuffle mode and pick the first song to play.

Oh...and turning off “Apple Music” does nothing.

These pop-ups may be new in iOS 12 for lapsed subscribers. As in, when your subscription expires it’s a way to remarket Apple Music to you.

As said before, switching off Apple Music in Settings will fix this.

No it doesn’t

You could try to convert your music to another format, then convert it back. Ideally, AIFF/FLAC then convert it back to AAC. I believe the nag will go away once Apple could not determine if the song is bought from iTunes Store.

It’s back with beta 5 can’t even 3D Touch to play songs now
