Is there really though? Seems like a below average year for things to be excited about. Waiting for next year's smaller iPhone 11S or whatever they call it. Also not a fan of the rounded corners on the mockup MBP screen.

It looks like the animation on the top of the HomePod for Siri. Hopefully it means we’re gonna see premium over the ear headphones from Apple’s in house audio team.
I really feel that Apple has the SOC skills to really change the entire field of noise canceling headphones. Imagine the A10 or higher in these guys devoted to only Siri and noise canceling. Could be amazing.

Well, the way I see it, this year’s iPhone lineup looks to be one of the most boring ones - same screen sizes, same notches and a massive camera block at the back. I will be hibernating through it with my old good iPhone 7, waiting for something more exciting (smaller and lighter) in 2020.

"By innovation only" big words...that means this event cannot be just for iPhones and Apple watch...it would be too small for these big words

These dummy models posted by Ben Geskin look a little better than some of others we've seen. I'm hoping for a dark green 11 Pro.

A few of my friends were wondering when this announcement was going to be made. It's finally here.
Assuming Apple follows the same pattern as the past few years:
- Tuesday 10 September: announcement of new product
- Friday 13 September: pre-order
- Friday 20 September: new iPhone models available in select markets
Based on the fact that they have already released an iOS 13.1 Beta, it would seem that they are going to get the new models into the hands of customers very quickly.
I would also guess general availability of iOS 13 the week of 17 September.
This also gives Apple eight days of new iPhone revenue for the current quarter ending Saturday 28 September.

There question then is whether we really needed more cameras, as the existing iPhone photos were already looking good enough for a casual photo taker.

Besides a new camera, what exactly will be innovative? They’re always behind the competition. Yet, I’ll still get the new iPhone.
