I was browsing the French Apple site and came across this (re. the Apple Pro keyboard):

indextitle07132000.gif

Full page here.

Can someone with better French than I tell me what that means? Because as far as I can tell, it translates to finally a keyboard with a touch of hell.

Seems like a wierd way to advertise a keybord... I guess I'm just missing something... or at least I hope I am :)

I ran the text through an online translator and got this:
Finally a keyboard with a key of hell!

Doesn't shed much light on the subject, does it?

My three years of college French edumacation are telling me that it means:

"Finally a keyboard with a hell of a touch."

But, what would I know, I got nothing but ****ing Ds the whole way through. :)

There is no rumor involved... I just thought it was weird.

So you're saying the translation is Finally a keyboard with a key of hell? Is that a French saying or something? Because it makes no sense to me in English...

Another possibility.

The closest thing I can come up with is -

"Finally a keyboard with one hell of a touch (or feel)" Pretty sure those words can be interchanged while translating. One hell of a feel. that's much better.
