apple mail signature placement?

Hey guys,

I am rather perplexed at the positioning of the signature in a reply email. Whenever I hit reply, and type out my message, the signature always ends up at the VERY END of the message (after the CC of the original message I am replying to) which I don't want. If I can, I would like the signature to apply directly after my reply.

Example of what it does:

Dear Craig,

Thanks for the response, I will get on it.
