So, I recently re-installed iOS to my iPhone. When I went to play music from the Music app, I found that the library was empty. I tried adding music, and it says it gets added, but nothing appears in the library tab. It appears on my laptop itunes, but not in the app. So far, I've tried logging out and back in to icloud, logging out and in of icloud music, deleting the app and redownloading, resetting the network settings, all of the things that might theoretically help. Nothing works. Any ideas?

So, issues appear to be due to the iOS image being corrupted by my laptop. A restore from a different machine results in the phone and all apps working perfectly.
