Apple replace a referb?

I got a referb after my original had a defective battery, now my warranty is up and my referb power button went. It is jammed. Anyone know if the apple store will replace it?

Why? The paper means nothing. They know when you got the refurb and a new year of warranty coverage does NOT start with every iPhone replacement. Next time spend the $ for apple care to extend your warranty. (heck, they even sent you an email telling you it was about to go OOW) Take it in and they MAY help you but don't hold your breath. Better bring in $150/$199 for an OOW replacement just in case. Good luck and hopefully they will replace it for you.
