Just had to send my PB back in for service (new magnetic switch, logic board, and other stuff...)

I've been trying to keep tabs on it since I sent it last week. Neither the online status check or the automated phone status check knows anything about me. It's only when I call and talk to a live person that any record can be found.

Is this the usual way it goes? This is the first time I have had to do it.
