I have never had this problem before. My charger used to stay cool while charging my iPhone 5 but since the last few days it gets really hot. :( How can I make it cool while charging again?

I'm pretty sure all chargers get warm (or hot) while charging, mostly around the 20% to 70% area, after that it starts cooling a bit.

I've never had a charger that doesn't get hot, never, even in the flip phone times.
