    So ... can they not crack this one? Does that mean they don't have a method to crack anything with the Secure Enclave (5S and newer)?

    Aren't they not allowed to do this again? I mean they just dropped a case a day before it was supposed to go to court regarding a similar issue ... and now they're pulling this crap again? Seems both unlawful and childish.

    There's a reason they dropped it - so they can pursue it again.
