It depends on the 3rd party app and how they intergrate and use the data from the watch.
I am not familiar with 'Intervals" - I use Runmeter and it saves the data on the watch and also emails a link to a page that dispalys and graphs the data and offers different formats to export the data in case you wish to import to another app such as Garmin Connect, Strava or nutrition apps etc.
