AppleCare: is it matter that who-where I buy from, as long as it is sealed box?

I found a good price AppleCare at a portal, and seller says it is sealed box, and I will make payment at door when I receive the product.

so, as long as it is sealed box, it should be OK, right?

Buy it from an authorized dealer.

Here is one of my favorite authorized dealers, B&H Photo, the largest (or one of the largest) camera store in the country where everything is legit. You might want to check the price you were quoted against them. If it is the same or more then go with B&H since there is no risk. They have very good prices and free shipping. For example, AC is only $287 for a 15 and 17: MBP and $135 for an iMac
