I just got the notice that my replacement iPhone 5 has shipped! Then I saw that they sent it direct signature required! I called Fedex and they wont redirect it to my work address, I called Apple and they said only Applecare can help me but they are closed. They offered to leave them a message to call me back in the morning. A lot of good thats going to do. The phone was originally shipped indirect signature required and I signed the delivery authorization (there is even a link for that on this phone!) so why did they have to send it direct signature required? It would have been a good customer service move to at least tell me that they were going to send it direct signature required then I could have had them ship it to my work address.
