iPad Pro AppleCare when selling iPad Pro 11" - I pay for a monthly AppleCare plan, can this be transferred to the new owner?

I have an iPad Pro 11" that I'm going to be selling. It has a monthly AppleCare plan that I pay for, however, can I list this iPad with AppleCare so that when the new buyer buys it, they can add AppleCare onto the device?

Monthly AppleCare is non-transferable.
