Hi!

I worked at Apple as an outside vendor back in 2021ish twice. I was made to install Apple Connect mainly for internal Slack messaging and conferences.

After the job was over, I uninstalled Apple Connect, which I thought was successful, until about 7-8 months ago when I finally upgraded to Sequioia. All of a sudden, literally out of nowhere, an AppleConnect window started popping up. I've spoken to Apple Support, and they helped me get rid of a lot of unwanted stuff, but could not help further. The one person I still know at Apple gave me the number to the IS&T department, but they won't help me as I am not a current employee.

I've wiped my drive and reinstalled Sequoia, I've restored using iCloud and Time Machine with and without settings, can't get rid of this. I don't want to spend time reinstalling and restoring my documents that go back 20 years, let alone programs. Also hesitant to go up to 26.1 just to see if it goes away.

I am not software savvy, hoping someone can help! Thank you!
