Apples own website now claims iPhone 4S is not HSPA+

    It supports HSPA 14.4Mpbs. There are faster versions of HSPA (HSPA+) that operate at 21.1 Mbps, and DC-HSDPA at 42.2 Mbps, which the 4S does not support, but which the 5 does.

    reviewers and carriers said it was an HSPA+ phone

    I thought it was HSPDA+, I guess it was HSPA+ and HSPDA.

    AT&T doesn't even support 21mbps, only in a handful of cities.
