apps not working on ipod touch 2g

I have an Ipod touch 2g running on 3.1 I jailbroke it using blackra1n and everything is fine except that i cannot use certain apps (specifically games such as UNO, monopoly, resident evil) they either do not show up on the springboard or show up but won't play. I'm using Installous...
someone in another forum said I had to download miPatch but the Ipod won't let me.... someone please help me
