As above, are the Series 4 and Series 3 Nike Sport Band completely identical, aside from the box packaging? The SKU / part numbers are different, but the three color combo remain the same. Does anyone know if Apple updated the band between the series to incorporate subtle changes in color, design, length, etc. of the bands? Can't find a YouTube video doing a direct comparison of the Series 4 and Series 3 band yet.

The S3 and S4 are exactly identical when it comes to the Nike Sport Bands, they only updated the Nike Sport Loops.
