32gb iPad because I can load more videos and music on it. It's always good to have extra space just in case.

I had the first two 64GB, but I'm thinking about 32 this time. I never come close to filling it.

I won't get another one til they have at least 128 or 256 gigs in there. 64gb was filled up the first day. I quickly sold that thing....

I've never come close to filling my 32gb iPad 1. I stream all my media either using iTunes Home Sharing, or Air Video Player. After two years of use, i know my habits and won't spend an extra hundred bucks just on the off chance there might be a few instances where i need more than 16GB.

I'll be getting another 16gb in black as I mainly use my iPad for reading the latest news and light web browsing. Though I am considering getting the 3G/ 4G version.

Undecided. I REALLY want a 64GB, but, due to cost, I will decide between 16GB and 32GB.

I ended up with a 64GB iPhone 4S since that's what they had available when I went to the Apple Store, so what's in stock may help my decision...:D

16gb for me.

I have a 32 gb ipod touch so I don't put all my music on my ipad and If I put a movie on my ipad after I finish watching it I take it off so no need to put more than 1 movie on it. I mostly use my ipad for browsing the internet and some apps here and there sooooo 16gb it is.

Talk of resale value amuses me. The decision rests on how you use it not its residual worth. Is getting a higher % return worth the frustration of filling up that 16 and needing more? I don't think so. As said, it's all in how you use it.

16gb for me. I don't keep music/videos on my iPad because I stream them via Spotify, Netflix, and Hulu plus. I can devote the entire available space to my apps (which I don't keep too many of in the first place). The other reason is that I can't afford to spend too much on an iPad 3 now if I want to upgrade my MacBook Pro and buy the next iPhone later this year.

I'm not getting an iPad 3 anymore since I picked up a Android tablet for cheap but if I were to get one I'd go 64GB, there is no point in not buying the top capacity model for the amount of money the device costs.

How much would it suck to pay $600 for a 32GB only to run out of space? You'd have to sell it (which likely wouldn't yield the amount you paid) and have to buy a 64GB version instead.

Stock supplies will dictate!

I'll get whatever ipad3 I can depending on what's in stock.

My first choice would be a 3G 32Gig version, but I'll go for a 16 or wifi only versions if that's all they got.

My iPad 1 was 32Gb and I never came close to filling it up.
So I will get the 16Gb this time around.
I don't keep any music on my iPad and very few movies and when I do put movies on it I delete them when I'm finished watching them.
