A good opportunity to pick up some Mac games at a reduced price. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is $5 and Black Ops is $12.50. There are a couple games, such as Bioshock Infinite and its DLC that are not part of this sale. Further, these are online codes for redemption on Steam.

I think Bioshock Infinity is currently on sale at MAS... I didn't bother logging into my US account, but on my Norwegian account it's gone down from 320 Nkr to 140 Nkr. COD4 is priced at the same amount (as a benchmark).

Just FYI to anyone interested in these deals, you can't sell redemption keys for the Mac App Store. You can only purchase AppStore applications directly from the AppStore.

The only redeem keys for the AppStore are free "review" copies only and are strictly limited.

I've updated the first post to remove that reference.

Since it goes through Steam, you get the PC version with it too, right?

I would check the games to be sure, most are but some games like "Black Ops" are Mac only.

Usually the "Steamplay" games are buy once, get on every platform they offer it on.

    Usually. :)

Anything that is Steamplay is buy once, get both versions. Black Ops happens to not be one of those titles.

There are a few "SteamPlay" titles that are Linux/PC. But they're rare.

I believe that CoD Black Ops is the only game in Steam that has a specific Mac only version. Correct me if I'm wrong :) I hope it stays the only one too!

The point is that Steamplay gives you access to it regardless of operating system, provided the game is made available on that platform.

Thanks for pointing this out. I picked up Company of Heroes for $5 (it's direct download, not Steam)! It's quite a lot of gameplay for $5, you get the original game plus both expansion packs. It even runs well on my i7 2013 MacBook Air, great deal.
