So I woke up to this text message this morning.... I’ve upgraded every year the last few years on next. I haven’t sent back my old phone cause i just sell it locally and att adds the remainder to my bill and i pay it. Now apparently they are going to charge customers the full cost of the X if your old phone is not returned. I called and she said she will change it back for me. I will only be billed the remaining balance of my 7+ if they don’t receive it in 30 days. I don’t know what their trying to pull but if you got this message and don’t plan on sending it back make sure you call.
