Anyone else have this happen? I was less than 2 weeks from my upgrade on my phone line, I text *639# and now come to find out they pushed it back to July. I have a previous text that showed the feb date when I checked less than 2 weeks ago. Any ideas?

That's what I plan to do, just curious if anyone ran across this before and what was the outcome.

I had the same thing happen to me. I eventually got my upgrade back, but it took 4 hours on the phone. And I got hung up on 2 times. It reminded me why I hate AT&T.

If you hate them so much go to another carrier.... Is it really that hard?

You had the choice to renew with them instead of being on the phone with them for 4 hours to get your upgrade date restored.

I have 4 other lines. LOL, talk about being in a long-term relationship.
    I've been with AT&T since 2004.

Maybe them pushing it back was hinting at a future device ;)

Like any other US carrier with adequate coverage has better customer service. To be clear, they all suck at it.

I spoke with AT&T today and they were unsure of why I was bumped back, but did in fact acknowledge in their "system" that I was due to for the upgrade in feb of 2012. The best they can do is a manger upgrade override.. Essentially, they were willing to offer the upgrade today, instead of waiting for my "new" July date. They noted that when I call back ready to upgrade that the same procedure should take place.
Basically, whenever I'm ready to make my upgrade, I should either call them or I should visit my AT&T store locally and do the upgrade. With that being said, does anyone feel I should make the upgrade to the iPhone 4s this week? Or should I hold out until the new iPhone is released? Opinions are appreciated, I'm currently on the iPhone 4 32gb, for what is worth.

But they'll end up with your money and you get nothing. :D
