AT&T - never asked to activate?

    I am not sure what just happened, but I was never asked to activate my new phone and it just says No Service.

    I stepped through the prompts, selected option to restore from backup ( bc I am moving from my 4s to the 5 ), it finished, and that was it. No activation. No service.

    What did I miss?

    My wife's did the same thing... I had activated mine before she did so I foolishly thought it must have activated both. We got halfway to the mall we were going to before we realized her phone wasn't activated. We wound up taking it in to an AT&T store and they took care of the activation for us. They did indicate that there is a number you can call to activate it tho... Not sure what that # is though. Worst case: just run it in to a store and they'll take care of you... Good luck!
