    Hello,
I've googled and dug up some old posts about replacing an AT&T sanctioned unlocked iPhone. I got mixed answers and don't know what to think

Perhaps more people have experience with replacements by now? Can anyone give me a definite answer if the Apple Store's replacement will be unlocked as well? I managed to get AT&T to unlock my iPhone 4S, by begging. :p So I really want to make sure that it remains unlocked

    Thanks for your answers!

Call Apple instead... this seems like a way too specific problem and answer required for you to ask here.

I just figured someone must have replaced their unlocked AT&T phone before :( I'll call in the morning and post what I find out. Hopefully, it'll help someone else out in a similar situation.

Apple and AT&T are 24/7 for customer service.

I called Apple and spoke with 3 people. The Senior Advisor  had no clue if the replacement provided would be unlocked and couldn't elaborate. Anyone?
