I had 5GB data plan on my iPhone5 and last week after rebooted, the FT "use Cellular Data" turned on. Please check yours. It appears that ATT allows 5GB data plan and above to use FT over LTE now.

    Old news.
They allow it on all LTE iPhone plans besides the unlimited data people.

Yes, they started rolling it out slowly to all iphone data plans last month or so.
Sucks that everyone else gets it besides us unlimited data folks:(
    Thanks Ralph...

Don't worry, at least we don't have to deal with overages.

Is there a good reason why people that have unlimited data plans can't use FT over cellular but they can stream videos, musics, surf the net 24/7 and use all of the other video chat programs like Skype and ooVoo? Data is data. What's the big deal?

I only have a 3 gig plan ad I don't deal with any overages. The majority of the people out there don't use their phones as their primary source of internet. I still use my 50 meg home internet, since I don't have to pay for overages, and and I can stream to my hearts content with a steady data stream instead of worrying about the internet going in and out due to pulling off a cell phone tower.

I know there are a lot of people out there with unlimited packages, but you know what they say, you can't have your cake and eat it too. ^_^

Well, I do use my unlimited data extensively.... 8GB per month at times. No, its not due to me being trying to get my money's worth off, its simply my job usage alone. My job requires me to use data and drive around the city, so I tend to rack up a huge number of MBs. However, I don't get throttled until after 5GBs (I have an 4S).

    Yes I do have a home connection using AT&T U-verse at 12Mb/s.
