ATT FAN/Premier Problem... still can't order (no data plan)

    Guys, has anyone that previously had problems adding an additional line to their family account had success with ?
    I get through the process but when the Data option comes up it tells me there are no plans available.

    I called premier sales and they stated I would need to add new separate line, and then when I received the phone I would have it migrated to the family-plan. I plan on doing the 3rd line dummy phone trick so I would prefer not to start out that way.

    Had that issue since 3am.. Well whenever the website was working again... At 11 am.. I got really fed up and just went to the main AT&T page(didn't sign in to my acct) and just created a new line as if I never had AT&T before... It's supposed to ship in time for 9/21 and I will merge this line into my current family plan...

    This only works if you have the same same and address on both accounts.
