    From the BBC:
So far it looks like the death toll, which started in the low fifties, is up to 120.

Despite the charges of corruption that involve multiple different nations, one has to wonder if the volume of hatred exists eight years after her exile to warrant this kind of attack. Have extremists become increasingly bold in the past few years due to the continued failure of outside forces to quell their violence? Have regional politics in Pakistan given extremists greater ground from which to act upon? How does this event factor in to the success, failure or opposition to the war on terror?

My guess is that either pro-Musharraf forces or Islamist extremists who think women should stay in the home are behind this. Either way it doesn't bode well for the immediate future of the country.

Bhutto is now saying it's former army officals and people who were part of the regime of General Mohammed Zia ul-Haq......Zia was responsible for killing her father years ago

We should have stayed focused on Afghanistan and Pakistan before bothering to even attempt anywhere else.

The lady stole over a billion dolllars from the people of the nation. Yes, a billion. Seriously, the only reason she's back and not in jail is because she has american backing, truly unfortunate on our part.

As far as the no one thinks ladies should be in power.... what a crock. When she first came back in the 80's a million people spontaneously showed in the street to meet her, this was back during the days of Zia (Which addresses why those guys hate her).

But I can say one thing, NO army man will ever suicide bomb, they're too smart for that. It was def one of the islamic fundimentalists who are threatened by her support for the war on terror.
