Im just switching to a mac (ordered 2.4 MBP and am waiting impatiently for it to come lol). Ive been using Audacity but I want to move beyond that to a better app. What audio editors are there for the mac around the $100ish price range? Ive found Adobe Soundbooth CS4 and BIAS Peak LE 6 so far. How are these and is there anything better in the price?

Apple's Logic Express is $199, but powerful software for the enthusiast - I know it slightly more expensive than what you were aiming for.

Logic Express seems more about recording and mixing than editing. Im primarily interested in I guess it would be post production?
