Hi,
I just downloaded a picture to use for my background but because it is too small, I want the option to either stretch it or just center it on the desktop.
However, that option : FULL SCREEN or TILE or Center is not there?
I did see it earlier but it is now gone. Please help. Thanks.
I tried deleting the .plist file....with no luck.

System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver > Desktop tab. Just above the box where you select your image is a drop-down menu, where the options to tile or fill the screen are located.

solution

Thanks guys and gals - for helping.
I found the solution to my problem.........Pictures that came with OSX will not allow you to select FULL SCREEN/TILE or Stretch on their pictures.

Only pictures that you download will allow you to these options. And when once you download these pics, you cannot move them to the DESKTOP BACKGROUND files. Otherwise, you will not be able to STRETCH/TILE or give it FULL SCREEN.

Thanks for your attempt to help.
