bad track from iTunes

anybody every purchased a bad track from iTunes, meaning the song contained static or clicks and pops like a poorly encoded mp3? i purchased an appleseed cast album last year and never got around to really listening and paying it attention until the other day, and i noticed at least two of the songs had pops and clicks that weren't part of the song.

i don't know who to begin to contact about it, or even if they would re-encode the tracks and give me a credit to download, or do nothing...

I had this problem with 3 AIR tracks on Moon Safari last year.

Email the iTMS support (I think there's a Contact Us within the iTMS - I'm not at my Mac at the moment)

They came back to me next day and told me to try redownloading them (they'd added them to my Purchased Music queue). I did and the problem was still there so they refunded the cost of the whole album and suggested trying again in a week or so when they'd resampled it.
