Is this satire? Because if not it should be given all the "defense" of Trump.

Well, libs are trying to keep a wall from passing, so on that front we are helping your theory. Which, oddly, most Trump supporters support.

History - it already does - will show Trump as the worst President in history.

To each their own I guess, if Obama wants to look like he was planted in a vine patch I guess that's all him.

I can’t lie.. I agree with the originality.. but I kinda don’t get this (the paintings... your post mirror my thoughts). I think a photo-realistic painting of them in Chicago or so would have been better. They are good paintings. I get it though.

But if it was homeland, it was Hawaii!

Actually read that him floating was supposed to signify him walking on ice his entire presidency and not cracking through (racial tension).

Can't tell if this is BS made up after people thought it was weird or what (did get a BFA before BSc/MSc so I know this kind of ******** post justification does happen).

    He looks seated. Floating?

Is a black (mixed) man not supposed to cross his arms in a relaxing manner on a chair? Serious question...

I’m trying to research this, but if true, what an interesting pick.

    Nevermind. It’s real.

“It’s sort of a play on the ‘kill whitey’ thing,” Mr. Wiley told The New Yorker in a 2012 interview.

Debunked. This is a 4chan conspiracy that was re-tweeted by Hannity.
It's real. They're paintings of a story from the Bible. Christians should recognize the scene of Judith beheading Holofernes. This same scene has been painted by numerous painters since at least the 1500s. Here's a Wikipedia link where you can see a ~21 paintings of the same scene. Usually the person beheaded is a white male. If you're not a Christian, then I can understand how this would be shocking.

It is your prerogative to believe a 4chan conspiracy. Even Hannity retracted his statement.

Or I can use my eyes.
Don't have to relay on the hacker named 4-Chan

Edit: This might help you....note the lack of sperm shaped vein on on his head the day the painting was unveiled.

I can’t help but noticing Obama’s seemingly large hands- they seem to take up an absurd proportion of his arm length. In fact besides the background, it’s the first thing my eyes went to. I can’t help but think there is some hidden meaning/allusion there...

Debunked by a Snopes article, and that one to boot? Lol.

"When is this sitting finally over?" *looks at own shoes*

But i have zero issues with Obama's. He has a dark skin colour so every dark background (like all the predecessors have) would look odd and switching it to a whitish/light background would have made it an inverted one compared to all the others - which would also be an odd choice and send the "wrong message" - as would have a scene where his head is almost white because of lightning + dark background.

So going completely independent seems about right. And we're living in modern times after all - so going with a modern artist seems about right as well. In 150 years I reckon he won't look so much out of place anymore anyway.

So, if you have Snopes on one side and Milo and 4chan on the other, are you seriously going to suggest that any reasonable person should side with Milo and 4chan?

Obama's portrait threw me off at first. But compared to the portraits of previous presidents, which are boring and lifeless, Obama's portrait looks pretty good.

I think Obama is a very likable guy. I don’t agree with a lot of what he did but if I had the opportunity to hang out with him, I’d love that.

I also think that his portrait looks really weird.
