Basic question - Installing Apps

Hey,
Basically I'm trying to do this: http://lifehacker.com/398961/get-your-computer-online-using-your-iphones-data-connection

Now I've jailbroken my iPhone, however I don't know how to install OpenSSH via cydia. I've had a quick search, but it didn't throw up any results, and I'm too short on time to do too much research so all help is greatly appreciated.

The homepage on the app times out....
