Battery Replacement Programme

My iPhone 5 is eligible for the above scheme.

I smashed my front screen 6 months ago and had it repaired by a 3rd party.

Will this cause me issues in respect of having the battery replaced?

Almost certainly yes. Apple take a strongly negative view of “unauthorised third party modification”.
