    We're currently seeking beta testers for our photo and video backup app that can wirelessly upload all or selected photos and videos to your own computer.

    You are going to need to provide a LOT more information on how this works before I waste my time.

    PhotoBackup uses the rsync protocol over ssh to upload photos and videos. So as long as you have ssh and rsync installed you should be able to use PhotoBackup.

    That means for Mac computers you'll just need to enable 'Remote Login' in System Preferences if you haven't done so. For most Linux or NAS nothing needs to be done.

    Note that this app doesn't use the open source rsync program -- we have our own implementation of rsync which makes this app possible.
