That rainbow color bitch ball appears whenever I scroll my history in Safari after I restart. It seems to me that Safari tries to load my list of histories. It will appear and my safari get stuck for 10-20 seconds. What is the problem? My MBP has no such problem when I load my list of histories.

Take a look over at Spotlight upon a restart. Check and see if the little dot inside the magnifying glass is glowing. If so then Spotlight is indexing which will cause a processing delay in OS X.

Have you thought that maybe you have alot of entries in your history - and that maybe it takes time?
