I'm beginning to think Beck should get his own PRSI sticky.

It's kind of important, seeing that what he and his crazy little friends say have some influence (for reasons I don't understand) over American politics and public opinion.

We have way too many stupid people in this country, that's why.

Soros has an "exaggerated view of self-importance" and "messianic fantasies"?

That's probably why Beck hates him so much.

    He can't stand the competition.

Yet he's a saint compared to the Kochs.

The only bad thing I've heard about the Koch's is that they contribute to a lot of conservative institutions and groups. Surely there's more to the story?

I don't know about stupid, I'd say lazy, as most wait for others to tell them what to think rather than do their own research and form their own opinions. Lazy cuts across all socioeconomic and education levels, which is why I find it more disturbing than stupid.

As for Beck and that ilk (Rush, Olbermann, O'Reilly, etc), I ignore completely as they deliver opinion, they don't deliver news. I cannot form my own opinion based on their narrow interpretations.

I just read up on the whole Soros story. Its pretty crazy what he went through but he seems pretty cold about it, as if he doesn't care. Apparently he stayed with a christian family so that the nazis don't figure him out, but one of the members of the family was given the job of confiscating jews property, and he accompanied him. To be honest, i doubt it was either of their choice to do that. I doubt anyone volunteered to do that job, try saying no to the nazis and see where that gets you. it also shows that jews weren't the only ones victimized by the nazis. What a story...

I didn't know that Soros was under any obligation.

Meh. Beck needs his scapegoats. It just boggles the mind that Beck himself works for one of the people most responsible for making American politics ugly. He doesn't seem to have any problem with that.
