So I bought a wireless mouse, but I would like to return it. I was wondering:

    1) Is it okay to return the item without packaging? I have everything else that came with the mouse.

    2) Is it okay to return an item I purchased from one Best Buy to another Best Buy? I bought the mouse from a store that is 2 hours away...

I have the receipt and payed with credit card.

    Thanks guys.

    1) Probably not, depending on Best Buy's return policy. Because you've opened it, you may be charged a small restocking fee.
    2) Yes, that's fine.

    1) They will most likely charge you for the missing packaging in the form of a restocking fee.
    2) Can return to any Best Buy.

Both are fine. The best buy I work for doesn't charge any restocking fee on anything, so I assume that all of them are the same. Bring in the receipt and it will make the entire process much quicker.
