I go for 32gb of ram with the savings over Vega graphics since that’s not upgradable. External graphics card can alleviate most of your demeaning fcpx and graphics work. But if I had to choose your options , I would go for Vega.

Your post says to go for the one that is 32 gigs of ram and then in the end it goes for Vega graphics. So which one is it? :)

Both his options are only 16GB of ram, So I suggest that it would be a better alternative to get the cheaper one and upgrade the memory to 32gb rather than going vega.

Thank you for your time and reply.

My first option was that 32GB ram or Vega 20, both were like 2,849 (BH) and second 2,924.

But when I look BH discount i said maybe 16GB will handle pretty well for my needs, then i Start looking the internet and everybody was crazy about Vega 20.

so BH send me already the first option and adorama is almost shipping me that Vega 20.

I need to ask if i can open both and work with these and see wich one is worth or dont open none and decide wich one are going back :S

I had a 2.6, 32gb, vega 20 specced out at adorama for about $3300 after coupon code. Then a deal popped out for a 2018/2.6/16gb/560x/512gb for $2125. I just couldn't resist that price. The game now is if it ships.

Edit. 2018*

But why did you choose 2016 instead of 2018 just for 275 dollars

You bought both, and will be returning one? From B&H and Adorama? Well don't break the seals on the boxes because neither takes returns of opened computers.

Well, be careful with Adorama. Their return policy on the website says clearly that they do not accept computer returns.

this policy is a total joke, you can force them to accept return by CC chargeback or PP

Not necessarily. I'm a big user (and winner) of chargebacks, but unless you're using a specific credit card's return program (which usually has low dollar limits), you won't win the ultimate chargeback investigation once the vendor shows the cc company its written policy.

if the item isn't not as described (or defective) PP buyer protection can also be solution
