Hey all. I am starting my own film production business in Philadelphia. I have been trying to find a project management system that has the ability to track: Project Status & Tracking Customers & Relations Employee Relations Invoicing & Billing Organizes and links files to projects or contacts Easy way to outline my services & products Easy access over the web to database(s) Easy setup Excellent Security Keeps tracks of Appointments & Tasks Easily syncs with my gCal, iCal, Blackberry and iPod Touch/iPhone Cost Effective. Right now I have tried Daylite 3.9 and it is quite impressive, however with the need to obtain multiple licenses in order to run the database through a server for remote access, is too expensive, plus the additional costs for Billings and the iPod apps. I haven't tried Filemaker Pro yet, but will in the next day(s) or so. I was wondering if anyone out there has any light to shed on the pros and cons of each. Thanks!
