I have astigmatism and get a lot of eyestrain from my current Samsung monitor which is at least 10 years old.
It has no blue light filter that current monitors do.
I have read conflicting opinions about which is better for the eyes, many say they prefer VA, some saying IPS is better.
I mainly web surf and it's the text on websites that I have issues with. I notice that all Monitors marketed as Eye Care Monitors are IPS, not VA.
A little confusing, I have read reviews and they are all over the place.
Brands I am looking at are BenQ, Asus, Viewsonic, LG and a few others. I am looking for a 22 inch monitor preferably, no bigger than 24 inches.
