Finally I have arrived.....
Can someone suggest a good "self-administered" method for removing the stiffness of shoulder muscle? I am getting a stiff right shoulder (I am right handed) about a month and I would like to find a way to remove this stiffness. I don't want to go to a massage parlor.

Go and see a physiotherapist for an assessment so you know what muscles are affected, what the probable cause is, and what exercises and stretches are safe to do to counteract it.

Stiffness in one area is often a response to damage or injury in a different area -- the body in protecting the damaged area restricts its motion, causing unfamiliar motion and muscle usage somewhere else, causing pain there.
