hey guys, i currently have a dell xps m1330 and would like to upgrade to a black macbook (used from ebay) because my computer has been up and down and i won't be able to handle the inconsitency in high school when i am gonna need a computer probly every day.

so i need to know, can the macbook be upgraded for 8gb of ram? you would probobly think, why would i need that much ram, but its so i can run windows and os x, with them both having 4gb of ram to run.

also, would i be able to install windows (through vmware fusion w/ student discount $40) with the reinstall disk for windows vista on the mac?
and is that disk and OEM disk?
i also have an xp home premium sp3 disk from a dell mini my dad bought.
    would that work also?

    possibly, black macbook owner?

    Where Judas lost it's boots.
Blackbooks can't use 8gb ram. You can only install windows from retail disks (oem disks are most likely locked to that specific brand or pc, at least I never saw one which wasn't)
