No different than when Chick-Fill-A used gay marriage as a wedge issue to drum up the rubes and to help empty their wallets.

I'm not sure if people should congratulate the manipulation of others as profiteering or if they're cleverly helping society by using social trends that get people to spend money.

Probably more in line with supporting a good cause in terms of those playing off the BLM name vs 99% of those that actually do use the BLM as a basis for what they are doing.

What self-respecting Italian eats at Olive Garden? You'd likely get yourself killed for that in NY.

Love black olives. With tuna, too.

If black olives matter it doesn't mean black lives don't matter... unless
you think so, and then that's on you, no matter the color of your own skin.

Time to stop treating words and phrases like land mines.

Neither one of those phrases is some kind of slur and they have no relationship to each other.

Why do I keep thinking education is going backwards in the USA.

There are tons of black communities that clearly don't think black lives matter. if they did they would own the problem and begin fixing it. The solution starts with them but I suppose that's for another thread. Sheriff Clark Speaks the truth

Didn't I say "unless you think so, and then it's on you..." I do believe I did.

Meanwhile, making tuna and nice black olives for dinner. Thread worth dropping into.

    PSA:
Olives are green or purple when harvested. Black olives are actually ripened green olives that are artificially tinted to be black.

These are what black olives look like before artificial tinting:

And yes, they taste exactly the same as black olives.

You can't beat a nice glass of Peroni and a bowl of olives on a Spanish beach.

I can think of many beers better than Peroni.

Just based on a good memory of mine.
