Good for him, but I don’t understand why the federal government isn’t making this payment. Trump’s foolish withdrawal from the accord isn’t effective until 2020. We’re obligated to comply with our obligations under the accord until then. And, of course Trump’s successor will sign us up again starting in 2021, so Trump’s withdrawal will be a complete waste of time and money.

 

The Federal Govt - aka the taxpayers of the USA you mean? Oh...yeah..... us folks that always get the bill for this crap but get nothing out of it. No thanks. Let the bleeding heart rich folks like Dumbberg fund it. How much carbon does his plethora of mansions and yachts use? I suspect a lot more than entire housing tracks. Suck it.

 

$4.5 million divided by the US population equals $0.02 per person. What ever will you do with your tax savings?
