Bluetooth Audio Sync

Whenever I try using a bluetooth headphones with my MBP mid-2010, Lion, the audio always seems to be 0.5-1s ahead of the video track. This happens with YouTube, iTunes and VLC player. Is there any way to delay the audio to have it sync with video?
