Hi. How do I burn a DVD from a single drive? I want to get some footage of a dvd I created a long time ago, but I only have the burner on my MBP and no extra external one. Is there a way I can save it on my computer first and then burn it using a mac program or something? I used to know how to do this, but it's slipped my mind since then. Thanks!

Use Disk Utility to copy your personal non commercial DVD movie.

This of course is NOT the solution if you plan to edit it or copy a commercial DVD movie.

Disk Utility will make an exact copy of your personal DVD.

Thanks. Yes, I understand.
