is this under about this mac?
You can tell if it's antiglare just by how it physically looks. There should be no glass over the front of the screen. You can actually touch the screen and feel it depress or if it's on you'll see the colors go weird where you touch it.
You can check for the resolution under system preference --> display and look for 1680x1050.
However, if it's antiglare, then it is hi-res as well, unless it's 2009 MBP model. Good luck!
Ah, I was confused.
Check for the Thunderbolt symbol at the port like so:
Make sure you have a silver bezel around the screen.
It can be AG without Thunderbolt..
The antiglare screens also have a grey border around the screen as opposed to the black border on the glossy screens.
this would be the best and easiest way to check if the laptop has antiglare screen. (for unibody mac's only... does not work for say '08 early mbp)
Heres a picture to tell you what its like. Its pretty easy to tell, just like the bezel for MBA's
Left is AG. Right is normal.
