Buying an iPhone 4 off of eBay questions

I'm not due for an upgrade, and I'm thinking of buying a new, sealed iPhone 4 off of eBay. I have 2 questions.

1. If this is a brand new, sealed in box iPhone, will I still be eligible for the free case program if I get it before the 30th?

2. How do I put my SIM in this phone if it doesn't come with a SIM eject tool?

The Sim is a micro sim, smaller then the normal one, u get them free from your provider and can have your number transferd to them or contract deal?

failing that cut down your main sim to size with a scalple (sp) wouldnt bother tho,
