This is hard to verify without going through the checkout process but...
I believe Apple now allows you to buy from out-of-region Apple Stores so you could shop on the UK store and "gift purchase" the notebook in pounds and actually get it delivered to a Swiss address from the Swiss Apple Store. Also, I believe Dixons allows you to purchase in UK but set delivery address for another EU country so that might work as well.
The problem is that Switzerland is not in the EC - so taxes will still be due.
Is the easiest thing not to get a cheap flight to the UK (EasyJet ?) and then purchase from Dixon's Tax-Free at the airport. You will save the UK VAT - so about 13% saving from UK prices - a saving of over £100 on the cheapest MacBook (which should cover the cost of the flight!!)
