By the way...where is the PLUS sign on the Safari toolbar?

    This used to be the most convenient way for saving a bookmark in Safari. Where is it now? Or do I have to install an extension?

    Right click on the toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar. From the dropdown window you can drag the "Add Bookmark" button to the toolbar.

    Also Share button has "Add bookmark, add to reading list" functionality

    And what about the gesture for showing all tabs - where is it?

    Nope. the most convenient way is using the keyboard shortcut ⌘ + D.
